Dodger was a pure American dog, nothing but a big shaggy mutt, he had a carefree way about him, nothing could ever bring this dog down, he smiled as he walked around the streets of new york city, he had this city wrapped around his paw...life hadn't always been this good for the street smart dog however...he could still remember what it was like before he found his 'owner' for lack of a better word.

Here is Dodger's epic story of epicness :D

He was born to a family who couldn't afford any more dogs, the human man allowed all of the pups to finish weaning from their mother then he took the pups outside and started selling them. Dodger wagged his tail, putting his front paws on the top of the box and barking happily at the people as they look at the puppies, the people smiled at him but no one really wanted him, after a few days Dodger was the only pup left in the box, his mom's owner walked out and frowned, "No one wants ya huh? well good luck then" he says and grabs dodger, tossing him out of the box then going back inside.
Dodger whimpers, going to the front door and pawing on it, not getting any response from the people inside, he lowers his ears a little and starts walking off, shaking with fear at not having anywhere to go or anything to eat.

He walked for a few hours then stopped and whimpered as his stomach growled loudly, there's gotta be food around here somewhere he thought then sniffed, getting the heavenly scent of fresh hotdogs, he quickly followed it to see an angry looking hot dog vendor trying to sell hotdogs to an uninterested crowd. Dodger's tail immediately started to wag as he creeped over, seeing a few of the hot dogs hanging from the edge of the cart, he acted quickly, snagging a rope of hot dogs then smiling as he started to run off, wagging his tail and holding his head up high in victor until he heard angry shouting, he turned his head to see the hot dog vendor chasing after him, brandishing a bottle of mustard like a sword.

Dodger couldn't help but bark and chuckle at the ridiculous man, he was already far ahead of him and knew that the vendor wouldn't catch him in time as he slid under a fence with a doggie hole conviently under it already, once on the other side of the fence he turned and layed down, eating the hot dogs and wagging his tail mischievously while the vendor yelled at him for stealing his food. Dodger finished his meal and wagged his tail more then jumped on the fence, giving the vendor a big slobbery kiss before trotting off.
